I bought this arrangement for my Grandma and it was excellent. She liked the flowers, chocolates and mini figures and the delivery man even sang her a song! Ordering was super easy on the site and I forgot to asked for confirmation of delivery so I emailed them and they provided me with the best customer service. I received a photo of the flowers and chocolate arrangement. Once, they were delivered, I also received confirmation for the hand delivery. This has been the best experience.
