Been using them for years to send flowers to my Mom. Only complaint is I requested them be sent on her birthday, but were delivered a week early. ---- Florist's Response: We are sorry this was delivered a week early we caught the mistake after it was already been delivered. However, being human mistakes happen We will be more careful on orders that arrive far in advance of the delivery date requested. I hope you give us another chance to work towards a 5 Star review Thank you for your order!

Couldn't have asked for more! Communication with the florist, including emailed receipt, notification that the flowers were delivered, along with an emailed pic of the actual flowers that were sent to my recipient. The vase that was delivered with the flowers was even prettier than the one in the pic! Will be using again in the future! I also like how you can choose 3 levels of amazing-ness. I chose the deluxe and was very happy! No problems. No hassles. These people know what they are doing.
